Boys & Girls Clubs of the Pee Dee Area welcomes youth ages 6-18. Download and submit the above membership application to get started. 

• This application must be completed in full and signed by parent/guardian.
• This application must be accompanied by appropriate membership fee.
• Proof of age may be required when registering.

Please note: A large portion of the Clubs’ funding comes through grants. Much of the following information will only be used for statistical data on the overall program and will be held in confidence.
