Trick-or-Treat with Telescopes
The FMU Observatory will be open on October 30, 2024, for a Trick-or-Treat with Telescopes party. Feel free to come dressed in costume. Please be aware that the temperature will drop fast as we are standing out on the track. If you bring small children, you may want to bring their jackets.
When is the event exactly?
Drop-In Time: any time between 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Where: FMU Observatory located behind the Center for the Child
Parking: Please use Lot D or the Center for the Child parking lots. Follow the glow stick path to the track area. It is a short walk, but it will be dark!
What will be happening?
We will have telescopes set up on the track near the Observatory.
This is an outdoor event and visitors are encouraged to check weather conditions before venturing out to the University. In the case of severe weather the event will be canceled.
