Gospel in the Park Series presents Grandparents Day and Prostate Cancer Awareness Month from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 8, at historic Pride Park. Bring your lawn chairs and an open heart. Devotional service by Bishop Tony Thomas of Stronger with the Word Training Ministries of Effingham. Music by Eternity of Morgantown, NC; the Singing Angels of Sumter; the Angels of Faith of Pageland; Renewed Project of Clinton, NC; S&E Choir of Florence; and Marty Gamble with VOC of Florence.
