Sunday Rest
Join Katie Ford, RYT 200, on Sunday August 11th at 2:00pm for a fun, fluid, and freeing yoga practice. This class is designed to help you shake off the Sunday Scaries and set you up for a blissful week ahead. Practitioners will enjoy one hour of yoga followed by 15 minutes of intentional journaling. All yogis welcome! Lots of modifications and options will be offered.
