Black History Month Program & Dinner
The Baha'i Community of Florence and CCANF North Florence are hosting a Black History Month event that will take place during the February school break.
Here is what will be happening:
A brief lesson on a theme related to Black History
People will get to choose from a variety of art to demonstrate what they learned
They will spend time with an artist who will help them to create or will teach them something they have prepared
Everyone will rehearse with their completed artistic work to create a collective performance
People who couldn't come earlier will join for an evening program
Dinner will be served
Participants will present the collective performance during the evening program.
