In depth workshop for those ready to get their household finances in order for 2024.
In a small group setting, I will assist the attendees in creating a Household Budget and Savings Plan, Examine their Credit History and Score and Determine if they are in position to invest in Real Estate. It is understand that sensitive/personal finance documents will be present, so there will not be many seats available. Please be prepared to bring the following finance documents: 2 months of bank statements, most recent W2/1099s and Tax Returns, copy of your credit report, 30 days of paystubs, and your monthly expenses.
